This machine is my company's introduction of German technology, designed to develop Pure/Mineral Water filling equipments. The machine has excellent mechanical operation reliability, improved rinsing, filling and capping.
General Information:
1. This Mineral Water Filling Machine Plant is for Plastic bottle (PET Bottle).
2. Its Capacity is from 30000BPH for 500ML Bottle. (BPH - Bottles Per Hour)
3. This Filling Machine can used for purified water, mineral water, and other no-gas beverage filling under Atmospherical Pressure.
1. The machine concept of the CGF series was specifically designed for bottling in a hygienic environment.
2. Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made of stainless steel 304.
3. The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid being polluted by the rubber gripper.
